PaseoCountryDowntown provides real estate investment consulting services, including the evaluation of mixed assets (commercial and residential) located in urban centers, market reports, property portfolio management courses, and cash flow analysis strategies. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Any abusive use of the services may lead to immediate suspension of access.
PaseoCountryDowntown commits to providing services with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific investment results. Reports and analyses are based on data available at the time of preparation and may be subject to subsequent changes.
Under no circumstances shall PaseoCountryDowntown be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. The total liability of the provider is limited to the value of services paid in the last 12 months.
Payments for services are made according to the issued invoice. Returns are only possible in the event of non-conformity of services with the description, within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are granted for services already fully provided.
The user may request termination of access at any time by written notice. The provider may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms, without prior notice.
PaseoCountryDowntown reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 30 days in advance by email or by posting on the website. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance thereof.
